The "items.txt" is one of the files in Lunacraft. See the blog article How to Examine the Contents of an iPhone App.
General Information
Items.txt consists of a number of lines of information separated by commas. It starts like this:

Each line corresponds to an item that can be in the inventory. The various numbers and other information appears in different places in the game data. For example, and "blocktype", when 1 is added, is identical to the number found in the game's map data, e.g. "0_128_256.mw" for Superblock (1,2).
Revisions
In Update 1.6.0.1, items.txt lacked the "long names" shown in the last column.
In Update 1.7.0, the "long names" were added, and the "refinedgold" item was added at the end. Long names is probably the name of the block in the Crafting Guide, since it was added in this update.
In Update 1.8, the "beacon" item was added to the end.
There were no changes to items.txt in Update 1.9.
There were no changes to items.txt in Update 1.91.
There were no changes to items.txt in Update 2.01.

The Other "ITEMS" File
