Hi there. I don't know if you will ever read this, but recently I have adopted the Lunacraft Wiki. Because of this, I am basically in charge here. I know you from your own significant contributions, and I would like you to return back. If you would like your User Rights back, know that you are eligible. Please request them at Forum:User Rights Requests. Thanks, and have a nice day!
Yes, I noticed that my admin privileges had been removed and nobody contacted me first
But I think it's the right thing to do, and for all the right reasons:
I haven't played the game in a couple years
I'm too busy with school now to get involved again
It is standard policy for a new/active person to take over a wikia when this sort of thing happens (in fact, that's how I became an admin to start with)
I also want to point out that I am the person who figured out the Lunacraft data file format (see here: [www.mrob.com/pub/vidgames/mooncraft-lunacraft-format.html] ) and I think I'm still the only one who has bothered to learn/understand the game in such detail. In the process I also had to update/fix a Python program that generates catalog listings from iTunes backups (see [stackoverflow.com/questions/3085153/how-to-parse-the-manifest-mbdb-file-in-an-ios-4-0-itunes-backup/8101937] the answer by "Robert Munafo" )
So if anything comes up where I might be useful, please post to my wall again, I get email alerts and I'll try to reply :)
Ok that sounds great! I guess I should have notified you about the wiki adoption and the removal of your user rights, but because you and other users have been inactive here for so long, I just didn't think you would really care, or even know, and that if I did notify you chances you would come across it were slim. I didn't even think you would reply to this message. Anyway thanks for the reply; I'll try to keep things here up-to-date now that I'm in charge. I have done a very large amount of work here; the effects of my presence and adoption can be seen all across the wiki. I have learned a great deal here, and absolutely admire your work, as well as other users work. Good luck with school, and have a nice rest of the day!
Actually I decided to creat a new page for alchemy, and for a good reason. If people new to the wiki want to search what alchemy is, they may not know that the brown mob can cause it. So they just search Alchemy in the search bar, so its easier. Also I think the chart with all of the blocks that can be transmuted would be better on a separate page. Also the game has been updated to Update 2.01.
Wow, reading that article brought back memories. Where it says "you occasionally see new materials show up in your inventory..." I remember the time I threw something away by mistake (I think it was Graphite) and then I couldn't build anything with that block because it's not a naturally occurring material. But I got it back later after I learned about alchemy.
